    • It may be, may not be, that others lead a better life, but it is for a fact that every human being is born with a "quality" called confidence. It is an inherent quality. 
    • Motivation is often very closely linked to confidence, in a two-way relationship. 

The TIP: 

    • Now here is a gem of truth, a golden tip - "We alone own our confidence and motivation".  
    • We never ever depended upon an external entity; human or anything animate or inanimate for our latent and inherent confidence and motivation. 

What to do:

    • Here is the silent action that will help you get empowered to no end - win back your confidence and motivation.

Validation, Recognition & Love

Situation: 

  • A deep, mostly subconscious and intense need, to be validated, recognized and loved. 
  • This drives and takes hold of one's dreams, ambitions and goals. 
  • Fundamentally a mirage, that one ends up chasing. A binding matrix that promises freedom.

The Why:

  • A deep misbelief that one's very existence is only ratified by the recognition, validation and admiration one receives.
  • Success is only when others agree and approve; behold! this is quite deep, indoctrinated and subconscious. 

The Truths:

  • One's own happiness and peace, aka contentment, can never be faked. No amount of validation from others can grant it. 
  • When life "happens", it is the oasis of life's simple joys that one seeks.
  • Contentment and Success (of the present times) are two different things.

The Golden Tip:

  • I am my own validation and recognition. Self-love is the true love. 

What to do next:

  • Just try and remember two instances or happenings in your past that brings a true smile in your face when you think about it. Dwell on the authentic feeling behind the smile.

How: 

    • An unfailing way: Examine your childhood memories of wholehearted laughter and merry.
      • You were your validation; you were your recognition; you embodied self-love. 
      • Start reliving it

Situation:

    • The rat race to attain ambition and desire has eventually questioned the very purpose of living. 
    • The progressive and silent digression from the inner core & truth, has wiped out peace and happiness.
    • Mid-life crisis - Retire in a farmhouse? Backpacking? Biking? Trekking?...   "What have I become?", "What do I want?", "Who am I? ... 

The Why:

    • Lack of Integrity. Fear of missing out. Herd mentality.

    • A complex outcome of false living, moving away from one's inner core of truth and existence

    • The effect of placing one's essence of living into other's hands and seeking it externally - confidence, motivation, validation, recognition & love.

The Truths:

    • Search for it where you lost it.
    • Integrity is 
      • The True Essence of Living,
      • A free ticket given at birth, lost on the way towards living, 
      • The only capacity one has, that can house and hold one's contentment and the purpose of life.

    • Remember? One's own happiness and peace, aka contentment, can never be faked. No amount of external ratification can grant it.

The Golden Tip:
    • It's never too late. But start immediately. The journey is simply marvelous! Manifest you inner-most truth. 
What to do next:
    • Open up to the truth, your inner core. Befriend it.
    • Pay heed to that gentle authenticity, for it's the Soul's whisper. 
    • Awaken to your core and steadily wrap your being and living around it. 
How:
    • Tap into your inner child. For that child was the master after all.
    • The awe and wonderment of discovery of life, has the key.
